Very good service, but old phones
The service is very good, the phone arrives on time and has all the accessories, but it's about time the company upgraded the phones, as they look pretty funny and don't have all the latest options. You have to go back in time to remember how to use the old Blackberry. If you choose to rent a Sim card only, you have to make sure your phone is unlocked, which will cost you $30-50, and will make this option not so attractive.

We currently have the iPhone 5C in house and available for rental. As far as the SIM card option is concerned, you cannot use a SIM card without having an unlocked phone. Some/many of the carriers don't charge. We are happy to help you stay connected and we look forward to being able to provide you excellent service again on your next international trip.
