I was very satisfied with the service.
Everything was okay except i couldn't send a text message from Israel to USA. It may have been that I did something wrong. Other than the one text, everything was fine calls went through quickly and clearly.

i signed up at the last minute and they quickly send me a phone that worked fine, though i did have some trouble learning how to use it,

A good service
The cell phone was easy to rent, it was explained very thoroughly by the personnel on the telephone, instructions were clear, it was sent in a timely manner, and returning it was easy. Besides all of that, it worked well in the country that I rented it for.

Simple to get the phone working. I had trouble with the email & Internet, but I called and was walked through it in a few minutes.

I borrowed a phone at a local store and they were efficient and polite. I used the phone a few times, but needed it more for emergencies, which I had none.
