Very disappointed in the boxes we received! I thought my husband was going to love them, being American made and everything but we literally paid $150 for 3 pint glasses, a 1/2 dead tree and some beef jerky! I was not very impressed with them at all and don’t think it was worth the money whatsoever!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a family member for 3 months and cancelled the membership because they were not happy with what they received.The first box was 2 glasses and a zippo.The next month was the same glass from the 1st box. Tried to look for a phone number to be able to talk to someone unable to locate only communication thru email.What upsets most about this company is I thought we had the option to cancel anytime we wanted which I did and they still are charging me for more subscriptions that I know longer what to pay for and took out of my account and will not refund me for those that I haven't received .I have done other boxes with other companies and this company is by far the hardest company I have ever dealt with .I gave only a one star because they didn't give me a option to give a big fat zero.Stay clear of this company it's not worth it

I can't seem to cancel a subscription I didn't sign up for. I paid more to buy a 1x Christmas gift and the $130 boxes keep rolling in. For this I say STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! You can't reach anyone by phone either.

It started out great. Loved the boxes and loved the idea behind it. But then it started going down hill. The boxes are NOT as good as they started out and they AUTO RENEWED ME at over $500.00 with out ANY NOTIFICATION. They will not cancel and they will not refund. So now I am stuck with an over $500.00 bill and more sub-par boxes being delivered to me

Update: They did refund the remainder of my subscription, as requested. However, it was accompanied by an attempt at justifying the garbage they sent. Perhaps others have a different opinion of the boxes so I will leave that up to individual opinion (see full review below). If you find yourself dissatisfied, don't try email or Facebook; this is the place to get satisfaction and where I finally succeeded in prompting a refund. Original review: UNBELIEVABLE WASTE OF MONEY! I have requested a refund after 5 months of the 12 month subscription because the stuff in the box is garbage and absolutely not worth the price. This month alone the trash they sent was unreal: a package of used crayons disguised as "firestarters", a chunk of old fire hose that they called a koozy, a plastic spoon, and a knife sharpening tool. GO ELSEWHERE. I will update based on the customer service I get from here; I have tried to communicate before to no avail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I had no idea I would get about $10 worth of stuff if that for $37.99 a month ??!!! Thank gosh I only paid for three months only. I am actually embarrassed to tell my husband what I did since I was excited to buy this for him.

Worst subscription box yet! I bought a 3 month subscription because they say you cant buy a 1 month because high demand..which was the first part of the scammer box! Then I spent 200 dollars and got 3 boxes with dollar store products..first had rock candy in it ??? Just very cheaply made with crappy products ..If this is american pride than I am embarrassed and because it was on autopay I forgot to cancel it by a day on getting my 3rd box so they charged my account again and when I tried to explain to get a refund .They said there was nothing they can do but send back the boxes for refunds as I get them,so now I have to wait 3 months to get my money back and go through all the hassle! RIDICULOUS! I Wish I never ordered from here and I hope no TRUE AMERICANS ever do either!

I was hoping America’s Crate would be something fun. Instead I got a box each month of junk. This month I got a $40 box with a $1 eyeglasses clip, a road atlas worth a few bucks and a notebook with a wood cover but it is weird and each page is preprinted to detail an adventure. So it’s completely useless for any other purpose. Last month I got some red white and blue rock candy and a 3x5 inch piece of wood with the flag painted in it and 4 cheap rough wood coasters some of which were missing some of the felt feet. You get the idea. You pay $40 and get $5-8 worth of stuff. Glad I only committed to a 3 month trial. This service should be named “America’s Crap” Update; The 3 month “Trial” self renews so I got billed again and told them to cancel the next 3 months and they said NO. So I have notified the credit card company. But you see the attitude there. STAY AWAY - BUYER BEWARE
