I was so excited to get my husband something new and unique for Fathers Day and in doing so support small American Business. I received the package pretty quickly but was greatly disappointed to see what was inside. I paid for the " premier " package. Packaging was terrible. 9 items in the package. Most were cheap items you could get at the dollar tree. Nicest item was a set of whiskey glasses. Def. not worth over $100. That was my first and last order. I am cancelling my subscription.

Don’t be fooled by the fake good reviews!!!!!! Terrible customer service or really should I say no customer service, cheap crap,, but beware!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. The April box arrived with a shattered glass and because of that other items were damaged. I emailed with pictures of the damage to the customer service email and few days later 4/20/21 to 4/22/21 I did get a response. "Your request (22005) has been updated. I have emailed 4 different time trying to give time for response with absolutely no communication. This is beyond horrible customer service. These 5 star reviews about the wonderful customer service are completely fake. For the price of these products that I did receive undamaged I could just go to Walmart and buy the same thing. I want to support an American company that promotes other American owned companies but, I am about to cancel my subscription due to the horrible customer service. Being a veteran myself, receiving a single response from a Marine vet with no other follow ups or any communication from the other emails is extremely disappointing.

Notice every single good review is by someone invited? Bc the hood reviews are fake!! I have emailed this company four times since starting my subscription at Christmas time. I have never got a response. I wrote their social media, no response. I paused my subscription a month ago, because you can’t cancel online. You Have to talk to a rep, but there is no phone number and they don’t respond to emails. I disputed the last charge on my credit card in February because nothing ever came in the mail, and no tracking populated. I’m furious and disappointed with this company. At a time when so many people do want to support American made brands, companies like this give people a bad experience and is disheartening. Feels like a scam and 50% of the first and only box that arrived was junk.

I paid $70.00 for 2beer glasses, 2 books and a mixed drink glass with a bullet in it. STAY AWAY! It costs to much to send back so I chaulked it up as lesson learned.If it sounds to good to be true, it is.

I paid $332 i got 3glasses a bar of soap a book snd a couple of stickers. There was one little hand full of confetti. Im surprised nothing was broken . I sent three emails looks for an explanation and have not gotten a response. Totally disappointed.

I ordered my husband the 3 month box and he loved it. So for Christmas I ordered the 1 long subscription and I have not heard anything. I have waited and emailed with only receiving an automated response. I tried calling but it doesn’t go through to a person it is just a message. I have no way to get a hold of anyone for answers and saw that they responded to bad reviews here so hopefully they reach out. Starting to wonder if I got robbed.

Complete junk. Cannot believe that I paid $75 per box for $20 worth of junk. I am beyond disappointed. This company should be embarrassed, I know I am embarrassed to have given it as a gift. Complete waste of money. They are essentially stealing from people. Definitely not delivering what they promised.
