I have purchased subscriptions from America’s Crate twice for my father as gifts. He is a huge fan of made in the U.S. products and has deeply enjoyed the boxes. Recently, we had a difficulty with auto renewal happening unexpectedly, and the company was quick to respond and rectify the situation quickly. My husband is the recipient of these fun crates, but I may have taken a thing or two for myself ;). I highly recommend them not only for the fact that all items are USA made but for the feeling of Christmas you get every time you receive one! And final note, customer service is TOP NOTCH!

I have received my second box and I am pretty happy. Alex in customer service was a great help in tracking my box. The latest box had 2 bags of bacon jerky that I really liked. I didn't receive the email that gives product descriptions and I wanted to order some from the company. Alex was able to forward my question on to Jason in the product department says the jerky company in AZ is trying to get website up for orders due to the high demand created by America's Crate customers. I am hoping the next box will include some grilling items I have seen in videos of other boxes. Very happy overall.
