Got charged $100 because I arrived late due to flight delay. They didn’t have the car I booked so I was given an upgrade to a bigger car with worse fuel economy. Agent was unhelpful

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There was no one there to meet us when we were due to collect our car and waited almost an hour. BUT worse than that - since the rental they did not release our security deposit - despite telling me that they had!!! Despite emailing every day they are now not responding at all!! Do not trust them!
