I placed a order for $250 which they took quick and said it was shipped out and then they said it was waiting for a couple of items that were not available. So I tried to go online to login and it said invalid password so I tried to reset it which they said they sent me a email to reset it but nothing It's been over a month and Nothing keeps saying that it's on the way to postal service and then I go there with the tracking number and it says no tracking number is available. I have filled a fraudulent claim against them so whatever you do don't make a order from this company

I placed an order on 10/15/20 for my birthday and still have yet to receive a response on when my order is arriving. When I check the shipping information that was sent the Post Offices message is “Your package is on its way to a USPS facility”. This is surprising because the email originally sent to me on 10/15/20 was that they sent the package already. They took my money, my account on their website does NOT work (still waiting for password reset) and have yet to get a response on when my package is arriving. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I lost $200, never again.

UPDATE....was told that my order was giving to accounting about a refund 3days ago......and have heard nothing else........you will not get your order .. a refund or a reship.....so dont waste your time on this site unless you want to just give someone your money....

Ordered was placed I have tried to contact in multiple ways leave tickets And no reply...used pp to pay about to contact to find out what I can do on filing a claim...they emailed me say my package was shipped and a tracking number but when entered it says label made but not brought to the post from sender been several days...I’m over it looks like there scammers...my order is number is 47021498 just in case someone jumps on here trying to come up with some answers

Recently placed an order through paypal and tried to reach out to them via the "Contact Us" tab on their website to confirm, but I am receiving the "Error occurred, please try again later" message. Note: I tried switching browsers 3 times, as well as accessing from a VPN and got the same error message every time. Granted, I recently placed the order, therefore if it arrives in a timely manner as described, I will update this review accordingly. In reading these other reviews, it appears I am not the only one to have this issue. Americaroids, if you reply to this we can perhaps figure some way to communicate regarding the order. Should you wish to become a reputable and popular supplier, you will need to address the back end of your customer service, as this is highly inconvenient. Awaiting shipment and receipt!
