Ordered a month back and I have still not received my product! Multiple messages to them but they don’t respond! I told them that I don’t want to put a bad review until they sort it out for me but still no response so I’m here! I will change once I receive my order! Order number 56092129

I placed my order with them and still have not received my purchase. I sent in a message to them asking about it and when I might expect it and still no response to that either. Poor customer service, due to lack of communication or just not responding rather, and time it is taking to receive my stuff. I ordered the exact same thing from another source and received it within 5 days. Due to the way that payment was made, I am just guessing I am out almost $200. Basically even though their name has america in it, DO NOT ORDER from them if you are in america and need your products to get big any time soon. I WILL NOT EVER use these people again. Some of us are on time constraints for training and need what we order in a timely manner. I don't ever write reviews, but this situation has me pissed.

They are scammers!! I paid over $350 for Soma-Max by Maxtreme HGH and after waiting for about 2 months because they had to reship the order due the delay of the order for over a month, I received a compeletly different product from some weird company called F-Bio. Even the packaging looks like a joke. When I contacted customer support, I received below email which is a complete lie because the delayed first order ultimately showed up with the same exact weird product which tells me that they had no intention of shipping what I ordered to begin with... I gave the product a shot because I didn't have a choice and I should have saved ny money and used distilled water instead... Here is there response: Order 56084873 Thank you for providing us with these pictures and we apologize for the inconvenience. I have checked your order details and I noticed that you initially ordered 1x Soma-Max by Maxtreme (Human Growth Hormone) - 10 IU - 10 vials. Sometimes our shipping warehouses will replace products if a particular brand is out of stock. This is why our Shipping Department sent you a different brand of HGH. In these cases, they ensure that you get the same substance, with the same level of quality which is why our Shipping Team sent you 1x F-Bio Trop 160IU by F-Bio Pharma (Human Growth Hormone) - 16 IU - 10 vials. We understand that changes like this can be inconvenient, but we want to assure you that the replacement brand we sent is of great quality. We hope that you give the new brand a chance and try the product. Thank you!

Please don’t use this website I ordered and had my credit card info stolen.

Order # 56083812 I can see the tracking number but nothing else has changed. I placed my order Wednesday May 29,2024. And yet to receive ANYTHING! I submitted a ticket to get back to me and nothing at all! If I receive something later will put on here, but as of now SCAM!

Tried to get a hold of them on the WhatsApp regarding my order. Ignored it. Then they got slick and actually responded “Bye”. Typical scam artist behavior. Keep looking.

Purchased some Clen tablets from them, the brand was alpha pharma. I’ve used Clen several times at 20mcg from a different supplier. That Clen, did as it was supposed to, made me jittery and hot. These that I purchased I ran all the way up 120mcg with zero side effects. When I text them to ask if it was bunk or if they have had any issues with this supplier, I received zero response. They were quick to respond to take my money but not when asking a legit question. Wouldn’t use again or recommend

This place is a scam!!!! They took my money and didn't receive my order and no response to emails
