And although I checked the box to ship to a different address and provided that different address it defaulted the shipping address to my billing address. As a new customer it seems a little sketchy, redirected to PayPal for payment and not given an order # after paying, however customer service had me submit a ticket and said it will be taken care of in 2-5 days it is currently 1/3/22 i will update this review according afterwards, update later this afternoon i revived an email confirming my payment & that i will revive a tracking number in a few days, update January 21st I’ve been in contact with both their sales & shipping team at least a dozen times since my initial post, I’ve been given a “tracking number” that for nearly 2 weeks and counting does not show up as a legitimate tracking number in any foreign or domestic shipping provider, when asked for an explanation i was told to be paitent, i will cancel the payment & report it fraudulent if i don’t see any changes soon ( order ID# is also unknown since i was also locked out of my acc

Have ordered from them in the past and everything was shipped and got to me but I ordered at the beginning of November and my package is still at the sorting center i have emailed them several times and still haven’t gotten a response

Their website wont let me change password, this is definitely a scam, I spend $500 and tracking shows `Origin Post is Preparing Shipment` my tracking number is LT112818293SG. I ordered a month ago. Even after the people below responded, still nothing, it's a scam don't buy here. So update, my stuff did show up today, took over a month but did show up.

I placed an order on 10/10/20 an has today when I track my package it is still stating that my package has not yet arrive to the post office. All the tracking is stating that the post office has received information for this item but it has not received the package. Also I not able to login into my account I also complained about this and still no one has sent me a link to reset my password. My Products finally arrived 4 weeks later. The supplements looks legit.

I have also been waiting for my tracking number to move. I have checked singpost tracking,17track and usps. Usps says label not created the other 2 say enroute to facility and that was sept 28th,hasnt updated since and its been well over 3-5 days. I've emailed the sellers email on pp. Plus submitted a ticket still nothing. I go to the myorderstatus.net does nothing.. the order is under Amy Wojcik if anyone happens to see the complaint from the company
