American Weigh Scales IncReviews of americanweigh.com

I’ve had an excellent experience with American Weigh Scales. Their products are accurate, reliable, easy to use, and well-designed for both everyday and professional needs. The company offers a great selection of scales, and the quality is impressive for the price. Their team is also knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend American Weigh Scales to anyone looking for dependable weighing products from a trusted company.

The scale fell apart right out of the box. The battery cover would not stay on. I contacted them for instructions and was provided an RMA to ship it back which I did well within the window they requested. I asked for a refund instead of a replacement. It has been several months now and I've never heard back. No one will respond to my emails or voice mails, and I received no refund. Stay away from this company!
