Overall we have had an okay experience…
Overall we have had an okay experience with American Surplus. Products are always good quality. I am dissapointed that every time I call about used products listed on the website they aren't available and we have to get new. Delivery time could be better.

Thank you for your review, we have a 530,000 square foot warehouse fully stocked with used warehouse equipment, some of the smaller miscellaneous items are difficult to keep in stock because they typically sell the day we get them as they are hard to come by and in such high demand, keep an eye out on our email flyers to be the first to know about inbound product.

very knowledgeable we in stalled racks…
very knowledgeable we in stalled racks they showed up and did everything in one day sales team is excellent installers are great. we will be using them again in the future and i would highly recommend them as far as prices go you will save thousands!!!!

Used speedrack
Upright frames were in nearly new condition, beams had a few dents but were in good condition. All hardware was included for assembly. Product arrived in a timely manner for a reasonable freight price, install was simple with no problems. A good purchase saving our company a lot of money over buying new rack.

Good experience
Good experience with the company and a reasonable price point for us to purchase some fliptop crates. Slightly disappointed in the product that we received based off of the limited pictures and description we saw. Some of the crates have broken lids and many of them are losing the metal pieces that attach the lid to the bottom. Also, the bins are completely full of sticker residue. Would be great to be able to see more pictures and more of a description to get a better indication of the product you’re getting. Very positive experience with the company and everyone we interacted with.
