Had a great experience at American Surplus! Jay, Josh, Marc and the woman in the office (didn’t catch her name) are all friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. You could tell they knew what they were doing loading my truck too — knew it was in good hands. Highly recommend them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently picked up a flatbed load with my tractor-trailer from American Surplus in East Providence, Rhode Island, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the moment I stepped onto the premises, I was immediately greeted and helped by Jason and Josh from the Shipping Department. They were both professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely willing to help make the entire pickup process as smooth as possible. Loading a flatbed can sometimes be a stressful process, especially when it comes to making sure everything is handled properly and safely. Jason and Josh made a big difference by communicating clearly, paying attention to the details, and working with me throughout the pickup. You can tell they take pride in their work and understand the importance of helping drivers get loaded and back on the road efficiently. Employees like Jason and Josh are a great addition and a true professional asset to American Surplus. Their customer service and positive attitude really stood out to me. I appreciate the way they treated me as a driver and the professionalism they showed from start to finish. American Surplus is fortunate to have people like Jason and Josh representing the company. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to doing business with American Surplus again.

I am a flatbed driver for WT Rand…
I am a flatbed driver for WT Rand Transport Brewer Maine. This was my first time picking up here. The lady in reception was awesome on her directions to get me here. Once I got positioned to get loaded I was met by Josh and Jason. Two exceptional employees. They worked with me to get the product on my trailer right where I wanted it. We chatted for a few minutes and they went home. I secured it down and went up to the upper lot and parked for the night. Hope to come here again soon. Jim Farrington/ WT Rand driver. Thanks for everything.
