My bill was around $60 in the first months. Without any change in usage, it doubled, and now it has increased to four times that amount. Every month, new “fees” appear out of nowhere: reconnect, recovery, processing, etc. I was charged extra even when my account had a credit balance. Don’t be fooled by the low initial price — you end up with inflated bills later on.

Just stay away from this company, no matter what. First of all, their rates are crazy, almost twice the market average in the area. I enrolled in email updates for my account, and they never sent me any update or a bill—just the regular mail bill (for 5 days of usage, I don't know why), and of course, I was charged for delayed payments. Now I am trying to log in to my account, and their website is not working. I am unable to reset my password as well; therefore, I can't verify my last bill details (which is crazy). Also, their cancellation fee is the highest one I have ever seen.
