Consistent bad streaming from Prime Video. None of my other streaming services have issues, but when using prime, it’s always bad, low quality. Also the usual “resets” rarely work, but as I say, I don’t have to do this with other services

I started up my prime account again by paying first month. But then it is not possible to login. Something about suspiuous use, and contacting customer service. And sending me codes on e-mail to make new passord. And then the neverending loop starts! About contacting a non-existing customer service. Not possible to make new passord without contacting them, and not possible to contacting them without log in… NEVERENDING STORY LOOP!

I have a subscription for two years I replaced a phone and this I don't have more access to my profile, even though I pay every month. I can't submit a complaint because I have no access to my page and I try to get them for two weeks without regulation, claim I have no account, what is this nonsense?

Amazon for some reason have begun taking 2 payments per month for Prime.Using their chatbot gets you nowhere!Guess I'll just need to keep advising my bank about it to get my refund
