Es läuft in etwa so ab: Amazon Prime Video einschalten, dann über die Extra Fernbedienung sich ,einloggen' und den Film auswählen. Wenn die Fernbedienung anspricht - und das tut sie nicht immer -öffnet sich der Film. D.h. er sollte beginnen. Das tut er ebenfalls nicht immer, nur, wenn alles funktioniert. Meistens jedoch funktioniert gar nichts. Man dückt die Fernbedienungstaste, bis die Finger schmerzen, und nichts rührt sich. Dann schwarzes Bild und nichts geht mehr. Ein nächster Druck mit dem Finger und man landet wieder bei der Eröffnungsseite. Das wiederholt sich solange, bis man entnervt aufgibt. Und dafür bezahlt man Geld.

Signed up for 30 day free trial, only to have $33.50 taken from my bank account. Got no service for it. Spent over 1hr on the phone to fix it through remote support, only to find nothing changed. Prime video is just a platform to get get bank details, make a withdraw and you get nothing for it. Tried calling back twice to find nobody answers. Are all entertainment platforms like this.

What is going on with Amazon Prime they put ads in then tell you need to pay £2.99 to have the ads removed what a rip off. I will not use Amazon Prime anymore i will stay with companies that respect their customers and not try and rip us off.

Umulig å komme i kontakt med kundeservice. Målet var å pause/avslutte Amazon prime, men siden det viste seg å være helt umulig er nå hele min Amazon konto slettet. Ingen hjelp å få noen steder. Hjelp knapp på hjemmesiden er en vits…uansett hva du prøver å trykke på så sender de deg i en loop hvor du ikke får hjelp.

Dal 9 aprile mette la pubblicità altrimenti con 2 euro in più al mese, non la vedi. Vuol dire un aumento del 40% del abbonamento Amazon prime, ma per avere lo stesso servizio indecente. Serie non concluse( in inglese esistono ma non vengono doppiate da Amazon) . Episodi mezzi in inglese e mezzi in italiano. Serie come Chicago Med, in cui viene fatto credere siano disponibili 8 stagioni ma in realtà sono 6. Pubblicità ingannevole e spero vengano multati pesantemente. Senza parlare dei 15 canali aggiuntivi a pagamento. Meglio Netflix . Hai un unico costo mensile
