Your website is misleading, you say one thing and then retract it. People on the phone were rude and once again, misleading in information. Our business office was turning you in as an unauthorized purchase, is the only reason we received our product in a timely manner.

The order was three weeks off from the delivery date that I was told would happen. The writing on the bands washes of within 2 weeks of wearing the bands. I do not recommend this business to anyone. I ordered 400 bands and have had to replace over 50 that have just washed off the print. The glow in the dark also doesn't glow on a lot of the. Very dis satisfied.

They won't make it right with customers here. I would have sued them, but small claims court in TX is prohibitive. If you use this firm anyway, check your billing carefully and use a credit card. So one word of my message was misspelled; there was a letter missing. At the time I didn't care that much, but it speaks ill of quality control. Then they double charged me, without providing an invoice. I provided a factual demonstration that the amount I had paid exceeded the billed cost by close to 100%. The firm provided no substantive response and make the formula reply that the bill was correct.

This was one of the worst experiences with a company (if they truly are one) I have ever had. Not only was my order wrong, but the merchandise was damaged, and some of them were dirty and old looking. Upon requesting them to replace the order they asked for pictures, which we provided. They then agreed to replace the original order. However after hanging up with them, they called me back and left a message saying they would not be replacing my order. I was shocked to hear that they agreed to replace the order, but then left a message refusing to. After speaking with the supposed manager (which was rude, uneducated and down right obnoxious) I had to file a claim with my bank. Even then Amazing wristbands tried to provide faulty emails of me agreeing to not receiving a refund or a replacement order. I ended up filing a claim with the FTC, and my bank for fraud and consumer fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 1000 bands and they had a typo. When I sent the proof back to them, they said I approved another one. They refused to do anything about my order and I ended up eating $400 mistake. NOT IMPRESSED!

Ink that filled in embossed writing faded to nothing in a week on all 100 of my wristbands. Not order from here again.

I ordered band for a fund raiser and the company sent it to the worng address!!! I had to wait till the person who got my bands to send them to me from California and I'm in New York !!! Consequently we missed our fundraising opportunity!!! The company did nothing to help me out with a return, not even a discount !!!! so I was stuck with a thousand wristbands that we have to try to sell this year!!
