I placed my order April 29th for my quarantine birthday shirt never received e mail confirmation of my order money has been taken from my account and my birthday is next Saturday still have yet to receive my shirt. Was hopefully gonna wear it for my birthday chances of that are looking slim 🤦🏻‍♀️🤬

I ordered a shirt on April 23rd for my daughters 20th birthday on May 20th. Still haven't received it, but the cost was already charged to my card. It shows that it started processing on April 27th, but hasn't shipped yet. Very frustrated!!!!

I placed my order on April 12, 2020... to date (May 13th) the T-shirt ordered for my husband's 80th birthday (May 7th) has not been received. They have my money, and I have nothing!!!

I placed an order on April 14th and still haven’t received it. I’m concerned and confused because I’m reading several positive reviews about timely service. I tried emailing them and the address didn’t work. Update: I received my package on Wednesday, May 20th. The shirts are nice. However, I will not return as a customer due to their terrible business model and horrific customer service.

I'm very disappointed and will never order again! I ordered my husband a 71st birthday shirt back on April 21st and was told it would be printed then "shipped within 5-15 days". I've been asking about it since day 15 and each time I'm told "it's being processed" and they ignore me every single time I ask for a ship date! I was credited $3.00 back to our account, but I just want to know when it's going to get here. I've been told that I can't cancel my order because it's already been printed but still they can't tell me the ship date. I'm calling my credit card company tomorrow to cancel this order.
