I ordered two birthday shirts on 14th of this month still haven’t received an email of confirmation with tracking and delivery hasn’t arrived yet looked on my card they took my money just still didn’t receive tracking number or no then. Hate shopping from websites like these poor management.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered 3 shirts on June 10. The first shirt came on July 24th. The next 2 came on August 1st. I wanted to wear them for my birthday in early July. Then one was damaged so I filed a claim for a reprint but I just want my money back. I emailed them several times to just cancel the order and I got a generic "we are sorry please let us know if we can be of further assistance". Trying to dispute the charges.

it took 8 weeks to show up and it was the wrong size, "fruit of the loom" cheap quality. its a scam! don't buy from these crooks

Absolutely terrible, ordered t shirt for my daughters birthday, they said it would be shipped between 10 and 20 days which I though was a bit long to print a t shirt but ordered thinking this would be the maximum time, I was wrong, 34 days later t shirt still in printing process, customer service is terrible, after emailing to find out what was going on was told it would be sent out in another 10 days, still not , told them just to cancel as it was not going to arrive in time, I was told it had entered the production process and could not be cancelled, this was 2 weeks ago, how long does it take to print a t shirt ???? Absolutely terrible micky mouse company

This company absolut crap! I ordered two shirts for my friends birthday. Those arrived way too late, dirty and in poor quality! I tried to demand my money back via email but was left with an automated answer that I’ll be getting two new shirts to which I AGAIN answered that I didn’t want them! Well, now those two shirts are here and they are AGAIN dirty and poor quality! I tried to call them but even their hotline is automated! It makes me angry only seeing these shirts and I would rather pay for shipment back than keeping them!

Shipping is ridiculous ordered my dad a top for Father’s Day early June, still have not got it I have emailed several times. This left my dad with no present for Father’s Day witch he did not mind but it has really pissed me off, customer service is terrible just send the bloody top

The design of the products of this company is great but its customer service and cooperation with the clients and the quality, in which I received the T-shirt I had ordered, were appaling. It cost me too much stress, effort, money and time. Not worth it.

Ordered a shirt for my granddaughters 21st Birthday on April 18,2020... her birthday was May 18th...plenty of time to receive it based on their order/delivery schedule. It is now June 26th and I have still not received the shirt even after several email attempts. All responses to my emails have been the exact same. In production...ours claims representative will be in touch with you within 72 hours.......I’ve been told my order has shipped...then the next time it’s still in production...Which is it...? I’ve tried to cancel twice but I’ve been told it’s already in production....Never order from this company....
