Worst experience I ever had. they did not file anything from what they got paid for. Literal fraudsters.

In our subjective opinion, Mr. Constantinos Kallis of CKM AMARE TAX LTD (Limassol, Cyprus) has engaged in unprofessional business practices. His firm massively overcharged our small startup by issuing inaccurate invoices filled with "errors," incorrect figures, and double charges for identical services. Furthermore, he fabricated absurd extra charges for tasks that required minimal effort. Most critically, Mr. Kallis misappropriated our tax funds, which were in his possession. He then used these funds to exert undue pressure on our legal counsel, withholding our tax money until he received a written liability release. Following this, he brazenly revoked the accounting work for the 2023 fiscal year—despite it being fully paid for—and refused to release our paid accounting records to our new firm. He has since ignored all our inquiries. The total financial damage caused to our startup amounts to approx. €7,000. This includes the cost of the revoked paid work and services which were never delivered and had to be redone. For a small business like ours, this represents more than 10% of our annual net profit. Ultimately, we received virtually no accounting services. As a result, our entire 2023 financial accounting and audit must be completely redone and paid for a second time through a new, professional accountant—a severe and painful financial blow to our startup. Because Mr. Kallis wanted to move on as quickly as possible, we have decided to make this "moving on" as slow as possible for him. We want to ensure that Mr. Kallis will find himself in this Trustpilot review forever—as an eternal reminder of his unprofessional and unethical behavior, and proof that his questionable Cypriot connections do not work on a global level. Update: Dear Mr. Kalis, Trustpilot is not a local cypriot entity where you enjoy special privileges or protection from accountability. It is time to stop fabricating stories about your professional services. Your assertions are nothing short of comical. The reality is simple: You have absolutely no documents to support your claims except for a waiver that was mistakenly granted to you due to the poor handling of my previous legal counsel. You possess no evidence whatsoever that you ever provided my company with any accounting services. The only proof of your existence in the history of my company is two payments made to you for revoked services. My new professional accountant Mr. Kone, was forced to redo all the accounting work for the services stated in your questionable invoices, which were riddled with elementary mistakes and questionable attempts to inflate costs after you told him over the phone, following many reminders, 'No accounting records are available.'. Consequently, my company had to pay twice for everything your questionable business refused to provide. Furthermore, there is already a second review from another client detailing almost the exact same pattern: no services rendered despite payments made. Vincent called you "Literal fraudsters". Even the most skilled legal support cannot defend your unprofessional operations from being fairly reviewed on Trustpilot to save other companies from financial losses. While you may be accustomed to operating without consequences in an environment where personal and familial connections dictate the rules, global standards dictate otherwise. Outside of your questionable local network, entirely different standards of accountability apply. No one on a global level is interested in the verdict of ICPAC. In my personal opinion, this organization is corrupt, and I have already explicitly informed them of the reasons why. They simply did not care. Their verdict contained only a single word: "Waiver." Furthermore, they charged me a €200 fee for this absurd investigation. The existence of a waiver is entirely none of their business. This organization was statutorily obligated to rule on the professional ethics and behavior of Mr. Constantinos Kallis—not on whether a waiver existed. They completely failed in their statutory duty. VERDICT: This serves as a serious warning to all potential, especially foreign, clients of Mr. Kallis and Amare.tax: Stay away, or be prepared for Mr. Kallis to claim in one or an other way a part of your business income. He will know your numbers, fabricate invoices and invent corresponding expenses to match. If you become upset and speak up, you will walk away completely empty-handed, regardless of what you have already paid for or what is stated on the invoices. No one will help you or grant you justice! In Cyprus, empty words of a local seem to hold more value than any solid written evidence you can bring to the table, especially as a foreigner!
