I made contact with them due to an order not coming in February after placing it in November. They worked with me to send a completely new set of sleeves, at no additional cost. They even threw in an extra holiday sleeve for a Command Tower. The team was friendly and very helpful. They answered any follow up questions I had promptly.

Amazing Service

Product is great with amazing designs. The artists are really talented and some come with some pretty original designs. Love it! Be careful when ordering that the art on your cards are pretty well centered otherwise some designs won't be alligned. Shipping is pretty fast, even during this pandemic. Customer service is top notch. They reply pretty quickly and are really helpful and kind. Only 'negative' point for me is the website. I find it pretty clunky and not that user friendly. They already made some big improvements but it's nog there yet. Some may find the prices a bit high per sleeve but don't forget you support the original artist of the sleeve and if you go in to alters you pay a lot more! So the price is justified. Also they have great sales so if price is an issue, just wait for those sales. All in all great product which I order regularly on because it is a cheaper way to make your cards look amazing and unique!
