We just had an umrah with alraheem travels.they are a scam for the following reasons: 1: changes in the flights that were blamed by alraheem travel on the airlines ,the changes were originated from the travel agency and we were not informed of the changes till halfway in the trip . They put us in 10hours layover in ny with 2 kids 2: we were bussed 3 times from jaddah to madina (4hours) then from madina to Mecca (6hrs), then from Mecca to madina (4hrs) no body makes umrah will make this except one time . . 3.Every time we have transportation,we have to call for hours try to figure out when and where is our transportation. 4:in madina hotel ,there was no breakfast included we end up paying 500 SR we contacted them to solve the problem they did not after promising us and it was written in the contract . One more thing we payed for 8 nights we end up stay for only 6 night we loose our entire time in roads and airports and layovers. They turn our journey to our umrah to nightmare from the biggining to the end travel is a scam my advice please think twice and don’t travel with them I don’t want anybody else to have that bad experience. Ikhlaq is trying to be nice and he will agree on everything you want at the biggining but he will do what will be beneficial to his company and putting more money in their pockets what kink of job he has he is lying on people going to umrah which means going to allah and complain to him about his lies .

SCAM SCAM SCAM Hasbunallahu wa ni'malwakeel DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL COMPANY I made the decision to travel to Umrah with my family and children using this business called "Alraheemtravels". They treat you like no one else does when you contact them, demand payment, and then vanish until a few days into your trip to give you an explanation. Upon arrival, we discovered that our hotel reservation in Madinah had been missed. Instead of three days, they reserved four. After spending a lengthy day on the phone to resolve it, they kept the return to themselves. Guess what? They asked me to purchase ihram dresses from the marketplace, which cost me $50 per person, despite their commitment to give them. I spoke with the transportation business to request that their drivers be clean and odor-free since, although the transportation was nice, the driver smelled awful. When my children and I arrived at the Makkah Hotel, the worst happened. Instead of a quad room for four people, they reserved a room for two. Our experience with Al Raheem Travel Agency was nothing short of a nightmare.Al Raheem travels promised us 5 star hotels, and when we got there, it was 2 stars. They are scammers. After getting payments they keep charging your card until you block or lock the cards. They can't even reply after getting payments and provide you worst services. Be aware of them, they are a scammer a specially their employee "Ikhlaq".

There is no option of a zero star to give to this scam agent. They charged my family for a five star and failed to meet their promises. They don’t bother in replying to your concerns once they have taken a high amount from you. They should be ashamed and banned instead of being regretful they threat you to publicly shame them and they will remove your comments so they can make more fools. A big NO to this agency. They are doing same with everyone so they have a standard reply for everyone. Fake and substandard agency.

This company is a big scam/cheat/crooks ! There all reviews are fake , they don't allow you to comment on instagram and facebook , They promised us 5-star luxury umrah package but gave us 2-star instead gave us totally different things ! Umrah is a noble cause i still cant believe people can lie about this, Please beware of these scammers , They gave us tourist visa instead of umrah visa although umrah visa is much cheaper they keep charging your cards until and unless you blocked or lock the cards! Pls do your research Don't book with these scammers ! Worst long flights Worst transport buses No guide as promised No imam as promised Hotels worst (no booking on the spot) Its a terrible terrible experience Beware of guy Ikhlaq he is a trap! They hired him to trap people to book once you paid them there company don't take any responsibility !

0 Star Review for Al Raheem Travels - Total Scam! My experience with Al Raheem Travels was an absolute nightmare. Despite paying for a 5-star Umrah package, we received a 2-3 star service at best. They charged extra for everything and didn’t provide key services like a guide or Imam, which they promised. We were traveling from the USA, and another family member was traveling from Pakistan, yet our rooms were not arranged together in both Medina and Mecca, causing unnecessary stress. While the bus services were somewhat on point, they take no responsibility for anything once you’ve paid them. Ikhlaq, their customer service rep, has a sweet mouth to reel you in, but after that, they ruin your entire spiritual journey. Don’t fall for their trap. Al Raheem Travels is a scam—avoid them at all costs!

Al Raheem travels promised me and my family 5 star hotels, and when we got there, it was 2 stars. He promised us clock tower hotel and a hotel in front of masjid al nabwi. BOTH were lies. As part of the package, we were promised breakfast. We did not get that either. We had to take out of our own pockets for food and it was very expensive. Throughout the whole trip, we were stressed and worried as they weren’t responding to our messages on time. My flight was booked 10 hours before the rest of my family and I am only 17 years old. I was so stressed and afraid alone. They are scammers who took 12k from my whole family and gave us the most basic recourses. Never will be booking with them. Please be aware and do your full research before booking with them. Most of these positive reviews don’t make sense and seems a scam by their own agency.

DO NOT FALL FOR FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS AS THAT IS WHAT I DID. I would have gave them lower than one star if possible. Al Raheem travels was nothing but a scam. There was a situation when our flight tickets cancelled and they demanded more money from me. At that moment I was skeptical and uneasy. I demanded a full refund and they quickly said “company” has paid for it. When we got there, we had to go around looking for our hotel for one hour in the heat. Our driver and us were left stranded trying to reach them. The package they gave us and what we got in reality was NOT the same. We were promised clock tower hotel and a hotel right in front of masjid nabwi. None of them was right. We were 10-15 minutes away in Mecca and it was very difficult to get to kaaba. They promised us breakfast in our package and that too was not included. When I messaged them about it they kept saying they are working on fixing it and talking to the hotel.NOTHING. We ended up paying the entire trip for food out of our own pocket which was very expensive. I went with 6 people in my family and one of my relatives flight was 12 hours before that. We didn’t realize until a few days our trip would end. When I messaged them about it they said just get to the airport together. My whole family stayed at jeddah for 10 hours and she was 18 year old never traveled on her own. She left before us. It was the worst experience in terms of agency. They don’t message on time when you need them and will give you false hopes. Just being honest and I have proof and screen shots if anyone wants to see. Please avoid them. There are many many better agencies out there. It’s not a group agency travel. When you get there you are on your own. The only thing connecting you with them is WhatsApp and they NEVER message on time.
