SCAM ALERT - they totally fooled me with their legit looking website and social media account. I’ve sent 3 emails inquiring about my order, name is Shelby Downs, order number #5814717, and I get the auto reply each time. They’ve STILL not reached out or responded. No tracking number, not shipping update, no reply. I placed my order on May 23rd. Sent my first follow up email on June 12th, so they can’t say any BS about only having 60 days to report an issue. I’ve followed up an additional 2 times and even sent a message via Instagram (which was not able to send because apparently the user doesn’t allow new messages). I’m so mad I didn’t check trust pilot before placing my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Scam warning
Similar to other reviews here, ordered the heart bike lights. 6 weeks later and no delivery. Two follow up emails with an auto reply. I have a tracking number via Shop which says it is still waiting details and mentions China Post. For a company based in Montana, why would that be the case? Seems sadly, this was a scam, very disappointing.

Suspect this is a scam
Suspect this is a scam. Avoid! Ordered 2x heart shaped tail lights almost a month ago. Order #5814762 was confirmed on purchase and then absolutely no contact or information received since. Have tried to contact them by email twice since seeking an update and just receive an auto reply saying they will be in contact within 24-48 hours… yet no contact received.

Ordered 31 May heart lights x 2 still not received
Ordered 31 May heart lights x 2 - received dispatched email 4 June. Emailed 16 June to gearup@ got 24 - 48 response auto reply. Received no reply in 24 - 48 hours. Sent email again on the 19th. Nadda. Emailed again 23rd. Still not received order #5814756. Looking more like a scam to me. Still no response to emails and not received what I purchased as at 30 June 2025. Messaged on FB nothing. Messaged on Instagram- doesn't accept messages. Asked on images. Nothing. All images have no comments visible - on Instagram and FB. Requested refund 30 June within their refund terms. No response

Scam
Ordered bike lights. Got a shipped email but they never arrived.
Didn't get a tracking number at the time so I had no idea how long they could possibly take to get to me.
Next thing I know I recall I purchased them and it was 3 months later, but never got them. Never got a confirmation that they delivered.
My bad for buying something off Facebook.
Was offered a discount code, can we say baiting, and not replacement of my order.
Sketchy for sure. Protect yourself.

Hi Kimberly,
We’re truly sorry this order didn’t arrive as expected.
After reviewing the timeline, we found that your order was placed on March 15 and shipped out on March 18. However, we didn’t receive any communication regarding a delivery issue until June 9, nearly three months later.
While we understand that delays and issues can happen, our refund policy (which is clearly outlined on our website) states that delivery issues must be reported within 60 days of purchase. This policy is in place because most shipping carriers purge tracking data after that timeframe, making it impossible for us to investigate or verify delivery claims beyond that window.
This isn’t a decision we take lightly, and it’s certainly not the norm. The vast majority of our customers reach out promptly if something goes wrong, and when they do, we’re able to resolve it quickly and fairly. Unfortunately, in rare cases like this, we’re simply limited by what data is available.
We stand by our commitment to delivering quality products and great service, and that includes being transparent about our limitations and policies. These safeguards are also in place to protect our customers and ensure we can continue offering fair prices without raising costs to cover unverifiable claims.
Thank you for understanding.

Yep i got scammed too
Yep i got scammed too. Ordered two heart lights. Paid. Never recieved goods. Enquired after a while was assured they were posted... but recieved no tracking or postal information... not happy.
In response to their reply. I did email them and made contact to ask about the parcel and tracking etc.. they acknowledged my email in December last year and said that they re sent the parcel. However I never recieved any emails about tracking or postal process at all and now they claim because its past 60 days they dont have any responsibility to this. As you can read on other comments from other victims of this company. It's the same scenario.
Their version of a resolution is that its no longer their problem.
Granted time has passed but I'm a busy single mum and I forgot until the other day when I was fixing my bike. I never recieved any tracking or postal information.. I've checked my spam and all email. their argument is lazy.

Hi Dyani
We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. We want to provide the full context for others reading your review.
Your order was placed in July 2024. The original shipment was flagged as undeliverable by the carrier. In response, we issued a free replacement in December, even though we hadn’t heard from you. That reshipment was sent in good faith and notification emails were sent to the email address provided at checkout.
We did not receive any communication from you between July 2024 and June 2025. That’s an 11-month gap. By the time you reached out, all tracking data had been archived by the shipping carrier and we were well beyond the 60-day window allowed to report and investigate delivery issues.
Our policies clearly state that delivery issues must be reported within 60 days of the order date. Sixty days is a reasonable and industry-standard window to notice a missing package and alert us. That timeframe gives us a real opportunity to step in while tracking tools and carrier records are still available. Beyond that, we simply have no way to verify what happened.
These guidelines are in place to ensure a fair and consistent process for all customers and to protect against fraudulent claims that can increase costs for everyone.
We’re sorry this wasn’t the experience you hoped for, but we acted quickly when the delivery failed, shipped your order twice, and offered a goodwill discount when resolution was no longer possible. That’s not brushing off responsibility, it’s doing our best within the limits of the systems we all rely on.
For anyone else reading this, if something doesn’t look right with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’re quick to help when issues are reported within the support window and while shipping records are still accessible.

I think this company is a scam
I think this company is a scam. I ordered bike lights 12 weeks ago, haven't received them, emailed twice to ask about delivery and heard nothing back. To Alpine Extreme who don't believe me - my order for two HeartGlo pros was placed on Feb 23, number 5814055. I have sent two follow up emails from my primary email, which is different from the one I used to post this review. I'm already concerned that I used my primary email and visa card to place an order with you, so I wasn't going to use the same primary email again. If you're sincerely a real company you will look up my order number and contact me directly.

Ordered heart bike lights nearly a month ago, took payment and never received order or heard back when I tried to ask about my order.

We’ve made multiple attempts to reach out to the person who posted this, both through Trustpilot and by searching our order system for any match to the name Rachel Kern. Nothing came up. No response. No order. No way to verify anything.
If this was a real customer, we would have absolutely resolved it. But after weeks of silence and no trace of an actual order, we have to call it like it is. This review does not match any real transaction in our system.
We always fulfill every paid order and respond to all customer messages. If anyone has a legit issue, we’re fast to help and easy to reach at [email protected].
No sense chasing ghosts or bots. Real customers always get real support.
