Alpha Team Animal TransportReviews of alphateamanimaltransport.org

Excellent accommodations for the dogs, excellent compassion for them as well! Great communication and a pleasant experience! Thank you!

We are a German Shepherd Dog Rescue located in Los Angeles, CA. On average, we adopt 50 dogs nationally each year. Alpha Team Animal Transport has been our exclusive transportation provider for the last several years. We met Alpha Team after our previous transporter went missing with one of our dogs for over two weeks on what should have been a six-hour transport. Elysia does an amazing job managing our requests, advising us of timelines, and coordinating/communicating with our adopters. Chris is always on time for pick-up and delivery, often spending extra time with our adopters while they introduce the new dog to any existing pets. Together they make an amazing team! When Alpha Team commits, the job gets done without exception, excuses, or delay. Their prices are in line with the industry norm, and their level of customer service and compassion for our dogs is phenomenal. As a volunteer for our Rescue, I appreciate that a single call to Alpha Team and our dogs are well taken care of. No excuses, no worrying, just the comfort that our newly adopted dogs will be safely delivered home as agreed. I cannot give enough praise to Alpha Team Animal Transport

This company is the one to go with!! They were excellent with communication. Very prompt and kind. They made our pet transportation process problem free!! Highly recommend them for any pet transportation needs you have!!

Elysia and Chris were amazing! Our puppy was delivered before the original time, and they gave updates along the entire trip! Will definitely be using them again!

Loved the communication and how well mannered they spoke. Not once did I feel like I was bothering them or asking too many questions. They were always pleased to answer and had fast replies. So happy with my doggy!

The Alpha Team did a fantastic job transporting both of my dogs (large breed, one 2yo and one 5mo old) from AZ to PA. They provide videos with updates regularly and treated my dogs like their own. Plus their timing for pickup and delivery was exactly what they told us it would be. I highly recommend them!

Awesome experience with the Alpha Team. Great communication all the way, felt full confidence in them and love how they are a team to keep everything smooth. From FL to WA….about as far as you can go and dependable and on time. Thanks!

Chris and Elysia really cared about my dog and getting her here safely. I loved the way that I got a morning and an evening video showing Bailey with information about where they were in their journey for every stop. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Bailey arrived happy and relaxed. I would definitely contact the Alpha Team again in the future. Unexpected bonus:- Bailey really bonded with Ace - a travel dog companion - along the way.
