my journey from being a weak gazelle to a brave lion king.. In less than a month!
After 8 years of looking for help, for someone who understands my problem and has a direction for how to conquer it, I tried it all! From therapy, medications, meditation, support groups, youtube videos, reaching out to friend.. hell I spent the last September talking daily to an AI therapist!! And I'm not denying these helped, but I always ended up relapsing and getting back to square one, I had the desire and energy to change but didn't know how, didn't know which direction to take, two months ago I had a mental breakdown literally everyday, I would sleep 20 hours a day, eat and drink sugary things, watch porn and not do anything else, I was a mess till the point I won't be capable of showering for weeks, during this period I found a random mental health group post asking what's the hardest thing as a man suffering mentally, and luckily I commented with how it's unfair to blame me for how I behave, think and feel, this was when Christopher reached out to me, he told me about his story and how he wants to help men with his program, at first I thought nothing could help as in my mind I've tried all sorts of treatment, but what the hell I'm at rock bottom already so it doesn't harm you to try one more time, and hell I was impressed, from the first two videos you can see how christopher is providing you with something different, with something that most people aren't capable of offering.. Which is direction. He is someone that knows every excuse your mind will use to trick you into the dark hole again, because he's been there! And this with the right knowledge and comprehensive research he did about this topic from different points of view enable him to provide you with the best advice out there which most people don't have, as he said in the second module of the program that his goal is to show you there's another side where you can feel, think and live better. And the way to get there is simple, a 9 steps daily routine that works on improving you mentally and physically, and all you have to do is to follow it daily, and it's addicting as hell to do it that you'll never think of stopping, he emphasizes that you need consistency for a few months or a year to notice the results, but also you'll find some things in the routine providing you with immediate change, especially when it comes to your mindset. Started three weeks ago and my way of thinking has changed that I did some things I didn't imagine I could ever succeed in doing for my entire life, I became a lion hunting his fears instead of a gazelle running out from what scares me, totally recommend this program, it's a life changer. One more thing I want to add, Christopher is the most respectful person you can meet, as someone like me from a totally different culture from his, he showed me nothing but respect, which I appreciate a lot.
