Purchased buffet chafing dishes on Amazon. Requested refund because sterno burnt through the aluminum chafing dishes within 5 minutes causing a heavy white metallic smoke. We had to remove the food and pans to get rid of the metallic smoke. Amazon is asking for pictures which were unavailable because we were trying to avoid bodily injury and location damage. Refund or even continuing with the process is denied because I have no pictures. ???

I've used Alpha Living to get new solar panels installed and it worked like a charm!

They were in communication with me quickly, texting and we exchanged photos about what needed to be done, how it looked when complete. Job was done promptly.
