My experience with Alpha Data Pros was disappointing. They took my security deposit and rolling reserve, returned only a small portion, and later claimed that all my customers had raised disputes after more than a year. Based on my experience, merchants should be cautious when dealing with eCheck gateway providers and services set up through Blueberry Merchant.

Worst processor i ever experienced i run multiple payments all of them get declined in 10-15 mins automatically and when i asked them they told me asked customers to mail cashiers check to their address them they will deposit it.It feels like total scam and their admin'sis using Philippines number.I highly recommend dont use it its a total waste of money and time.

I cancelled the job with in a matter of a few hours and can not get them to refund my money. I have called several times they will not talk to me just send me to voice mail. I though there was a grace period on every thing. The bank is investigating the matter. They will not call you take your calls if you have a problem

Title: Beware: Alpha Data Pros are Fraudsters I am writing to warn potential clients about my alarming experience with Alpha Data Pros. My interaction with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, communication was subpar, and deadlines were repeatedly missed. However, the most distressing issue was the handling of funds. They charged my account, kept the money, and later claimed that the funds were not credited. This happened multiple times, and despite providing proof of payment, they continued to deny receiving the funds. After reaching out to other clients, I discovered that this was a common issue. It appears that Alpha Data Pros has a pattern of charging customers, keeping the money, and then denying receipt of payment. This is fraudulent behavior, and I believe they are exploiting their clients. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Alpha Data Pros to think twice. This company cannot be trusted with your money or your business needs. Seek out more reputable and transparent alternatives.

An excellent provider of Data processing. I was struggling but it all changed when I switched to Alpha Data. Highly recommended.
