Want to return, do not like

I really needed this calendar. The concept is great. I change it once a month and do not have to hang multiple pages. I still want this calendar, but a new, undented looking one would be great! It arrived in a manila puffy envelope, bent and the metal was bent up. It looks like something the kids would have after an afternoon of school. I think the shipping method was not adequate. I did not have a phone number to call.

Got wrong seed packet, only offered option of discount or returning the whole thing, not offered to have correct seed packet sent

One sunglasses was the wrong one and the other pair came bent. Not going through the trouble of sending back an $8 pair of sunglasses

I was not happy with the product. it is shredded foam, does'nt stay together. Kids couldn't play with it. Makes a mess

Made an order on line., and received a email with receipt. I never signed up or made any account. A few days pass and I check the email with my order number and click on the tracking. It brings to me alphabetdeal.com website but says log in. I make an account. No order shows up with the same email I used to purchase. I send an email to customer service asking for the status of my order and also why I can't see anything on the account I created after I made the purchase. I have no received a reply back from anyone either customer service nor auto generated status updates. I highly doubt I will ever receive anything. Stay clear!!!!
