Great shirt!

The shirt we received was just as described on the website. The shirt was a little too big for my grandfather but the company worked with us and sent us a smaller shirt with no hassle. Definitely would buy from this site again!

Great Customer Service, timely communication. A pleasure to work with the Alohawaii team.

I recently ordered a Hawaiian set from.your company. Upon receiving my order i realized that a portion of my order was missing. I reached out to your customer service who assisted me throughout the entire ordeal. All responses were quick and timely as well as professional. I definitely will be shopping from this great company again. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work.

I ordered a shirt from Alohawai for my husband’s birthday a couple of months ago. We just had a chance to try it on, and unfortunately it was a little snug. I took a chance and emailed customer service to ask if there was any possibility of a return or exchange, even though I knew it had been a while. They responded almost immediately. While they explained that returns aren’t normally accepted under their policy, they kindly offered to make a one-time exception as a courtesy. I was genuinely surprised and so appreciative of their willingness to help. The shirt itself is absolutely beautiful, and the quality is amazing. Great customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be ordering more shirts from Alohawai in the future. Highly recommend!
