I had a terrible purchasing experience including: -delayed shipping (I almost missed the season for which I purchased the merch) -poor quality products -unhelpful exchanges w/ customer service who buffers their own site with 5-star reviews while not approving lower reviews -an offer for $18-20 dollars back on my unwearable 100+ order to avoid "costly returns to China" Not only will I never order again, I'll do my part to warn others from this company. I've sense discovered that the "company" has existed only for several months.

My 2 items arrived 6 weeks after I placed my order. I am 5’5” and the maxi dresses are way too short. Even with flats. They come about to my mid calf. I would not recommend shopping here.

none of my merchandise fits well or is as pictured! It took a month to receive and it all looks fake and cheap! I would like my money back & a return label to send this all back

If I could give zeros stars I would. Do not purchase from this company. First, the clothing is crap - flimsy fabrics, cut weird and their sizes are way off. They are also horrible to work with. Their return/refund policies are vague for a reason - they will fight you tooth and nail. I finally was offered half of my money back or a full refund if I shipped back to them. They are based out of Dubai so shipping costs basically are half of what I paid. I took the refund without shipping back. I have yet to see a charge back and highly doubt I will receive it. Consider yourself warned - don't waste your time or your hard earned cash!

Terrible,toke over a month for delivery,but it doesn’t matter because the clothes are a crap knock off of the pictures,I hope the people that are involved in this “business” fall on a BIG one.

I will never order from this company again! Ordered three tops a month ago and still have not received them. I emailed them twice and finally they responded back and blamed it on COVID. Enough with making COVID the excuse ! Hopefully they will fit, it will be another month to get a refund.

My order took almost a month to arrive. Now that it has the quality is horrible for the amount I paid. I just received it yesterday 7/14 sent them an email asking what I need to do to return and they are asking me to provide pictures. This is a customer dissatisfaction due to fit and quality of clothing. I should not have to provide you with a picture. All I want to do is send the items back (never worn) tried on for 2 seconds and get my money back. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this site!!

My order took two months to arrive and the quality/fit was incredibly cheap and some of the colors were not even what I ordered. I’m in the process of trying to return three of the four dresses I ordered and they do not want to refund me; they are actually trying to negotiate a refund of $15 for about $120 of merchandise. It’s been so much back and forth via email.
