Lied to about every part of shipment. Mathew did nothing he stated he would do. Got information from shipper and has no idea where vehicle was.

Based on the Trustpilot reviews, I hired this company to transport a SUV from Virginia to Missouri. Initially, their online quote said the total price would be $620. Then, they told me that was wrong and the actual price was $850. Told me the car would be picked up on Tuesday. When I checked in on Tuesday afternoon, they said driver was on the way and surely be picked up on Wednesday if not Tuesday. It wasn't picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday. I texted Wednesday afternoon. No response. I texted Thursday afternoon and received response that the driver never made it to the area due to weather and it'd be the next week. I texted Friday asking for clarification on what that meant for timeline. No response. I followed up 3 days later again. No response. So, since they weren't communicating; quoted me the wrong price initially; and didn't pick up when they said it would be picked up...I texted again the next day and cancelled. I subsequently contacted another broker and my car was picked up and delivered within a few days. I don't know if these positive reviews are "bought" or what, but my experience was nothing like others evidently.

They are fraud scammers

NO STARS FOR THIS ONE: I would not give it any stars but have to to get on line. I was given their name as a recommendation with terrible results. You cannot get them when you call. They were supposed to pick up the car on Friday - got a message on Wednesday P.M (while I was out) that they were coming on Thursday. My car goes to Florida from Montreal loaded with all my clothes etc. They had a problem! To return they were supposed to pick up on Tuesday A.M. - got a call they would pick up Monday Night, which they did - On Tuesday - the day I was leaving Florida I get a call that they would not pick up Tuesday but will come Wed. - the car was picked up Monday night!?! You cannot reach them as the phone is busy - messages do not get answered. I also could not get a date when it would be delivered in Montreal. I sent countless emails without response. I notice there are many Allstate Transports so would not like to accuse the wrong one if there is more than one company - the tel. # I have is: 855-474-4722. Buyer - Beware!

This is the second time I've posted, but my first one magically disappeared. I purchased a classic truck in Las Vegas and they picked it up with a local wrecker service on July 3rd. It's the night of the 15th and we've been told multiple times that it'll arrive tomorrow or even in the next few hours. I got the number of the semi driver from the wrecker company. Spoke to him twice and he lied both times about being on his way. He no longer answers. Nobody can tell me where or when the truck will arrive and I will be contacting the Las Vegas police Department tomorrow to report it as stolen. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Avoid “All State to State Transport” and choose one of the million other Transport Brokers out there. Signed on the bottom line with them and they confirmed a date for pickup. No driver arrived. They confirmed another date – no driver arrived. We did this 4x and I pulled the plug on the order. Meanwhile I find out later that they had no driver secured and that was the reason no driver ever arrived. They had my job posted on central dispatch for a price I wasn’t willing to pay in the first place and when I told them I was going with another company and to remove my Transport request from dispatch they simply wouldn’t – even when asked multiple times. Poor and misleading communications, no follow through and no regard for customer service requests make this a Broker you should steer well clear of. Matthew Wall (if that’s even his real name) was my representative.

AVOID! First, this company sent one driver for the wrong date-poor guy came all the way for nothing. Then, they assured me everything would be okay, and another driver would come the next day. The other driver never came, and All State to State didn’t inform me OR answer the phone to reschedule. I had to call 4 different numbers to finally get a hold of them, and they said the driver that was supposed to take my car wasn’t insured, so they couldn’t ship my car it until later. This was such a nightmare! Please choose a more reliable company with better communication.

Absolutely horrible shipping company. Please be aware they are nothing but brokers. They will lie and say they have trucks when they really don't have anything. They take your deposit and they consider themselves paid. I contracted them to facilitate the move on my car and the driver they found canceled due to the bid being too low. I have been waiting for weeks for my deposit to be refunded. They have completely ghosted me and won't give me back my money. Stay away from this company. Call at your own risk. UPDATE: I got my money back, and they fraudulently charged my card again complete scam!
