1 successful transaction for a Komatsu engine service manual, I received the download link the next day. Tried ordering again, Nissan Patrol service manual, took payment, no download link, won't answer emails, phone disconnected. Perhaps was a legit site at some point, definitely not any more. Recommend avoiding.

this IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've EVER HAD WITH AN ONLINE RETAILER. They will update your order as delivered when it was not. Reading their FAQ states they will send you a download link The online link they send just takes you to the Cart and expects you to pay again to download a product you already paid for. Don't waste your money
