Dear customer, we do not have any problem with a user leaving a comment so long it is in line with our acceptable terms of use as stated on our website. You ordered this med from us because we offer world's largest stock of medications and lab supplies in one place with an unmatchable price and speed delivery anywhere else but there are policies internally and legislatively on which our company runs which includes the correct shipping option for medications especially the type you ordered. It's okay that you may not proceed , you could have cancelled or requested refund but no, you are on all kinds of website requesting our customer service to serve you there. Do you take your problem with Google services to Bing support and libel them there and then return to Google to fix your problem? Last I checked, Google block users from access to services who act this way. The right thing to do is always to contact the customer service of the establishment and request support or refunds politely but not you. We continue to offer a full refund policy on the 385,000 products we distribute, request the right way - through our contact center and i'm sure we can be happy again to fix this

False. Order was indeed cancelled by customer because expiry was a month away, but full reversal of funds was made, and received by the customer in line with our full refunds policy (which may see a bit of delay on some "serious" meds - as this meds was purchased from partners with the refund process having to be completed from their end first).

Hi, I just responded to your review on the other platforms so please allow me to copy and paste the response here: ________ Thank you for your review Janet, but immediately your order is received on our website, you will often get a series of email(except you included wrong phone/email information) with details on your order with shipping and delivery included. The only category we deal in that you may get a request to make a top up is prescription medications. Why ? because it is packaged, shipped and delivered uniquely with different counteries having different policies on FDA, import tax, tariffs, blahblahblah. Now mind you, I said "may". And always, we will always provide you the option of order cancellation should you not want this option. We never will force the product on you. We are trying our best to make cheap and affordable products (especially medications) accessible worldwide, But with the current trade war, it may get a bit worse and then better. However, always remember that you can cancel the order and opt for a full refund. If the refund has not arrived after 7 business days (which is rare), you can contact support with your order number or do a chargeback with your bank. We appreciate your patronage always!

Do you know what a legitimate customer would not do? A legitimate customer would not go on line after placing their order to search for a negative review of a business (which every business has - including trustpilot), screen shot the review, and paste it into a chat with customer service, threatening to replicate same if they dont get their tracking ASAP. Not only is that very insulting but you are in breach of our terms of use as stated on our website and your order is in hold and will remain so until determined otherwise. Please contact customer service to get this cleared.

However, your review is not honest ("Nothing happened" - but you shared DHL tracking. Meaning your order is at logistics). Our customer rep had spoken to you over the phone reassuring you that your medication is undergoing verifications at DHL international. Verifications is compulsory for certain countries and certain medications especially strict prescription meds and there is nothing we (ALLSCHOOLABS) can do to influence this process. We can only ensure that the med gets to you as fast as possible afterwards. Only after this is completed and your package enroute will your tracking page be updated to show travel. Please note that we belong to the most critical business category in the world that is heavily regulated and legislated and there could be customary delays a few times but be rest assured that your med will be delivered intact and pretty soon. Hello Steven, your review is perhaps for another business. any private chat requesting money from you is not ALLSCHOOLABS and should be disregarded. Also, we will never decline refund for order undelivered. Moreover, the payment processor we use does not provide us contact with your bank. So how could we be "disputing it" with your bank. Please confirm that this review was meant for our business and state the facts of this transaction if it is so that we can investigate this matter and come to a resolve. Regards
