awful company, they ignore emails and do not pay for goods

If I could give a zero I would. I thought I was ordering from another company! I bought 11 paint by numbers. Received 7 rolled canvases no frames. I emailed them they said they dont come with frames and I would have to order separately! This was not in the description. They owe me 4 more paint by numbers and instead they sent me 3 diamond set I did not even order. I spent close to 100 for crap! Warning beware: do not buy from this company! I going to go to my bank show them the screen shots of what I ordered and what I got and dispute the charge. Just dont buy unless you want to receive stuff you did not order

This company is known for stealing well known art from many artists. This company then proceeded to make money advertising art that doesn't belong to them! They don't deny stealing the art either. Recently this company stolen Roy The Art, digital Disney princess collection of THEIR ART and started claiming it as their own product. This site is a huge scam, do NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Erstmal dauert es ewig bis die Bilder da sind. Und zweitens, wenn die Bilder fertig sind, sieht es aus wie auf wish bestellt. Leider habe ich direkt 5 Bilder bestellt ... Da bestelle ich nicht mehr.

Ordered 2 kits only got one and basically a refusal on my refund for the 2nd one never showing up. Just excuses that it coming from "overseas" so shipping might take a while. It's been 2 months...no refund, no painting.

I have not received it yet, and there is no delivery date.

FINAL - I guess the site I ordered from doesn't have an "s" on the end. It's allpaintbynumber.com NOT allpaintbynumbers.com. Seems suspicious, but if it's truly not the same company, than I revise my review and rescind it. Thank you. UPDATE- My order # is PTAHYB06392. I ordered on April 3, 2021. Tracking # is LY725799550CN. I finally found tracking info on a Chinese site that said it was returned. I just either want my paintings or a refund please. ——————————- I’m so disappointed. I ordered nine paint by number paintings for an adult get together I’m having and they never arrived. I have not received any tracking updates. I had to do a lot of research on my own to finally find that they were returned to sender and never even left China. I’ve tried to email the company and they will not email me back. Of course there is no phone number to call. I understand these things happen but I just want a refund and some kind of communication.

The last weeks, AllPaintByNumbers have sent me some mails, trying to make me delete my former review, "as it is bad for our companies reputation", they wrote. The pictures on their website weren't the same as the paintings they delivered when I ordered (the masterpieces in the webshop looked more like a simple painting book for children when they delivered), and obviously they don't think it is wrong to send a different picture than the one they show in the webshop. Well, they say they have improved the quality since then, but they still show the same pictures on the website, and they wrote: "The pictures are just for the display purpose for the customer to choose the design, they do not define the quality." So, prepare yourself for a little surprise when you open the package, don't expect the picture you recieve to be exactly the same as you ordered.
