I ordered a sweater from them and when I finally received the sweater it was not the sweater I ordered. It had the right print on it but the sweater it’s self was not the same. They use a pic of a nice sweater and then send you a cheap horrible quality sweater. When reaching out to their customer service to send it back they told me it was the right one and there was nothing they could do. Do not waste your money on this site, there is so many other ones. It was pricey and you receive garbage.

Avoid this site at all costs. It took too long to arrive and then when it did I wished it hadn't. The quality of what is meant to be a sweatshirt is disgraceful. It just a green nylon material with an equally awful White nylon lining. I complained and asked for a refund but have basically been told it would be easier for me to keep it and they will give me £2.00 compensation. I paid £26 not £2. Customer service is non existent and just keep sending me the same answer. I have learnt my lesson and will not buy from Facebook again. Disgusting. Rip off.

If I could give a zero score I would. Took 4 weeks for the goods to arrive. They initially took too much money. I had to complain to get the excess refunded. The goods are poor quality and I'll fitting. There isn't even a label on them with a size, materials or country of manufacture. They won't refund; just keep saying it will be too expensive to return to China (didn't mention China on the advert or I wouldn't have bought them) Just offered a reduction in price. The same goods being sold under a variety of names on Facebook. All have the same advert

Absolute junk, if you want terrible quality junk then this place is for you. I had to get Paypal involved to even get a tracking number and then what I received is cheap junk, I threw it straight in the bin because the chances of getting refunded are approximately 0. Please learn from my error and save yourself the hassle.

DO NOT BUY Received wrong color and wrong size Return impossible , Quality not existing Its unbelivable how you can manipulate pictures

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a scam. Ordered a hoodie and they claim it was delivered to my front porch. Well it was not. I reached out to them via email and instant messenger and nobody has gotten back to me. Don’t waste your money on a BS outfit like this. Buy local and not on FB. Anyone can scam you on FB.

I knew there was something seriously wrong when I couldn't place my order on my laptop. They've cocked up with the basket/checkout so I can't scroll down. I'm so relieved I went to Trustpilot before I proceeded any further. They are taking advantage of really compassionate people here who care for mental health matters and are Christian too! Don't go near ALLOWANCU; they're ROGUES!

What a shower of crap wish I would of read these reviews from genuine people Never reply and when they do it’s a load of crap and nothing ever arrives I’ve demanded a refund and still heard nothing and no items arrived useless shower of crap 💩
