2nd time I've used this service and it is well worth the money. I found out a previous employer was giving a bad review of me. Once they got caught the first time, the second time they played by the rules. Invaluable information.

Timely and useful information

They did everything as they described, their report to me was highly detailed. I'll still be a little wary when it comes to job rejection, i.e., reasons why. I will definetly use Allison again should my previous employer had figured out somehow that Allison's call was a fictious reference check.

Contacted Allison and Taylor because I had concerns about the information on me a prior manager might be providing. They ran into challenges but persisted, pivoting to HR once it became clear the original reference was inaccessible. That allowed them to determine that the only information the firm would share was title and dates of employment (which was a change from the much more "full disclosure" policies they had when I left). Given how common "title and dates of employment only" policies are becoming, my concerns about this reference being an issue have been significantly reduced.

Fast turnaround on the report, and great efforts to extract information from HR. I'm happy to hear that reference checks at my organization are conducted in a professional manner. I was curious to find out if anything was holding me back from getting another position outside of my current employer. It appears not, probably just my title attached to my salary. Companies hold titles in high regard but mine does match the work I perform daily. I'm hoping a company will notice that in my resume outline. Thank you for providing this service.
