SCAM!!! Don't bother to ordering from them. They don't actually stock anything!! I needed a server motherboard in a hurry and figured since they were the closest I would order from them. I even called and asked if they hade it in stock and they LIED and told me they did. I paid for express shipping ( 2-4 days) and on day five I called them to ask what was going on. The BS was they tested it when I ordered it and it failed! They claim they had to get it from another supplier ( the guys I should have ordered it from) So way not call me and tell me? Why not test it before you try to sell it? Total BS. but there was more. After talking to the manager Peter, I was told I would get a refund for the express shipping since it didn't arrive until the following week. Only good thing was the MB did actually work, but as for the refund, no response from this company.

I'm an IT professional. I take my business seriously and treat my clients with the Utmost Respect. In summary, I had a client whose switch had crashed. I found ALLHDD via Google, and found their site to have the replacement switch I needed. I made sure to read the reviews before just DOLING out $1100 for the switch and 85 for the overnight shipping. There was one review that caught my eye. It said " AllHDD will claim to have the part, and then call back later telling you the part you're ordering is not actually stock". Even though their Website says it is. Well, it was one review in the midst of many. Most stellar. Let's just say I went against my better judgement and made the purchase. So guess what? That one bad review would seem to be the only real review that was listed for this site! They did call me on the following day, the day that I was suppose to receive the switch, only to me it was not in stock and they had to get it from another supplier. SAM, with ALLHDD, could not give a guarantee me that it would actually arrive and ship at that time. He just kept deferring! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ALLHDD and recommend you do the same. Remove review

Ordered server drives: no communication at all, two weeks later the "new" drives showed up. 1 of the 3 drives was faulty. 1 of the 3 drives had 18,000 power on hours on it, once I showed them what was going on they just wouldn't reply. Caution!

As all previous reviews state, this company is not reliable source to buy IT equipment. Promised to ship my orders for 2 days and nothing happened. Every time they promised to call or email back, but never did. I had to call every time to get an update. Had to cancel and place a new order with overnight delivery. Got an email later stating that part is not in stock and that my order is cancelled. These guys advertise parts, which they don't have. Basically, lied that they are shipping, when in reality they never had my parts in stock. Buyers, be aware and find another source to buy!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order for some HP RAM as advertized on the site on 4/1/2019. Received an order confirmation right away - so far so good. 24 hours later I get another email stating my order is on hold and to call ALLHDD.com to complete my order. Huh? But why? Tried calling the number included in the email, no one ever picks up. Tried to email the address that the order confirmation came from to find out why my order is on hold, got an autoreply stating the email address is not monitored. Find admin at allhdd.com and email that to find out. Another 24 hours later I get a reply that the HP RAM I bought is actually Hynix RAM. No problem - false advertising, but I get it, SEO is a must and HP does not really make RAM and rebrand Samsung and Hynix RAM. I reply back stating that I'm ok with Hynix RAM and to ship the order asap as time is of the matter. 3 days later no tracking number, no reply. I email again stating that I will do a chargeback if I do not hear back from the business. Less than 10 mins later I get an order cancelation email stating "canceled and voided". Nice... Thanks for wasting my time! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT ACTUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. STAY AWAY IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR TIME WASTED.

If you order memory chips from them and they arrive functional, you will be fine with this company. But in the random chance you get malfunctioning chip, good luck. They are very slow to respond to support requests and conveniently delay the process long enough that they can claim "30 day warranty has expired". I will not order from them again - trying to get my money back through Bank of America credit card.

I requested a quote for 50 Power supplies listed online for $63 ea., the quoted price was the same whether buying 1 or 50. After reducing the quantity requested to 20, they increased the online price to $91 and refused to honor their quote. In the end (a day and a half has expired), they increased their price by nearly 50%. This is not a company I feel comfortable doing business with.

Beware of this Company. They sell USED product as NEW. I ordered a NEW disk drive from them (yes, described as NEW) and they shipped me a USED 2012 disk drive. After requiring that I use their online return process, they initially answered and then went quiet, stalling for 2 weeks. After repeated calls to the Company they have now indicated they will not allow for a return of this disk drive nor provide a refund to my credit card. Thankfully, I did use a credit card and have recourse through the credit card company.
