I did not get the size they advertised ( super colossal )not even close,but what they sent was 10 pounds ( over 1 thousand dollars)of the worst king crab I ever had.Bought about 4/5 mouths ago,just chocked down the last of it last night 12/18/25.2 disputes with discover I lost,thinking of consumer protection next.Who ever reads this if you want king crab get it from Alaska where I bought it before,NOT NEW YORK if this was the first time I ever had king crab and thougth this is what it tastes like I would never buy it again,that's how bad it was.Bottom line if you want really great crab get it from Alaska and you taste what fresh is all about,I think what they sent me was really old and should have been tossed out.John Bernardo

This company is expensive and not worth the money. The customer service is unhelpful and doesn't "stand" behind their product. Don't waste the money.

The shipment arrived 7 days later then promised. The real issue is the 5 pounds of crab were sliced into pieces. There was not a single crab leg unsliced. I expected slicing to mean the shell would be open. I always use a scissor to open the shell. It is not appetizing to serve. The cost was $549 for 5 pounds. The good reviews are not for sliced crag legs

I ordered seafood from this company for my husband’s birthday and was initially very excited. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing due to poor communication and lack of accountability. After placing my order, I called the company the next day to confirm it had shipped. I spoke with a representative named Gladys, who told me the order was on its way. When I called again the following day to check the tracking (since I hadn’t received an update), she denied ever speaking with me and insisted the order had not been shipped at all. As a result, it didn’t arrive in time for my husband’s birthday. I even showed phone records proving I had called when I said I did, but there was no acknowledgment or sincere apology, just deflection. Mistakes happen, but the unwillingness to take responsibility or show any empathy was really disappointing. I truly hope this company invests in better customer service training and communication systems, because the product may be good, but the experience matters just as much. A simple apology and ownership of the mistake would have gone a long way.

Terrible company. I ordered 150 dollars of products and threw everything away. It was chewy no meat in claws and more small claws than big. Sardines are not from the Mediterranean Sea since Portugal is not on the Mediterranean Sea… and It was Labor Day… Also, terrible customer service. You buy you lose. No compensation or refunds. Beware. Waste of money.

I ordered clams and lobster meat from all fresh seafood. 2 pounds of clams arrived dead rotten and horribly smelly. There is nothing worse than rotten clams. The tempurature of the Ice packs was 65 degrees. That is why the clams were all dead. I emailed all fresh seafood and they said that I needed to take a picture of the tempurature within 1 hour of delivery which was impossible as I got home 2 hours after delivery. So they are not planning on refunding my money or giving me fresh seafood. 3 pounds of lobster meat were also 65 degrees F.. This is the most unfresh seafood I have ever received and I do not recommend this company to anyone. a total waste of my money and seafood.

The fish is really not fresh. I ordered 3 red snappers at more than 60 dollars for one fish which is the most expensive fish I ever bought in my life. Not only did it not smell good but I tried to cook it for 30 min and it was rubbery and hard as a rock and nauseated me I couldn't no eat it. I threw out all the fish and they only refunded me for one fish refusing to refund the rest. I won't be ordering from the company anymore.

I spent $125 on two types of fish. When it was delivered I opened it immediately only to find Scallops and Salmon that was warm to the touch. I contacted the company immediately, however they don’t answer their phone. I was directed by their recording to email them and they would get back to me by the end of business. THEY DID NOT. I have called and emailed every day for eight days. They called once, it didn’t wish to discuss the condition of the fish. Six days after originally contacting them, they wanted me to take a video of the spoiled fish (which by then was in the garbage), and said that they NEVER refund for fish shipped. The fish I received was packed in a flimsy box with one bag of water which was also warm. ORDER AT YOUR OWN PERIL. They took no responsibility for their product or the shipping.
