Upon experiencing a problem accessing my account, I reached out for assistance. Shawn Medrano and Hanny Newlander took immediate action to help my with my access issue and had solved the issue for me. For the record, this was a problem which was based on an error I had created. He helped me make more meaningful, yet balanced precious metals investments. 2. Results oriented - My gold/silver portfolio went up 17.3% within the first 5 months while stocks have not kept pace, going up only 6.8%. My bonds only went up 1.5%. 3. Brings me up to speed - He willingly explains/reminds me of all fees and the differences between "spot", "retail", and "retail asking" price as we look at my portfolio together. 4. Full disclosure - He is careful to remind me that he's not a financial advisor, while sharing helpful observations / lessons from his deep and wide experience with precious metals investing across many clients & years. 5. Provides news insights - He is very good at explaining current geo-political / news events impacting my precious metals investing and why. 6. Follows-up - He doesn't let too much time go by before gently asking me to meet and review my portfolio. 7. Great sounding board - He asks good questions as I consider rebalancing my portfolio across stocks, bonds, metals, while allowing me the time in need to draw my own conclusions. 8. Trustworthy - He does what he says he will do and has shown himself to be truthful, even under my intense interrogation, at times.

I enjoyed working with Sean and having him share his knowledge with me. I’m not a beginner at procuring precious metals, and wasn’t treated like a beginner, but when moving funds from one IRA to a new precious metals IRA I had questions.
