All Covered C.
Do not hire this company.
Our company currently uses All Covered. In my experience, they have not been able to identify the root cause of any significant IT issue we've encountered. We are currently dealing with extensive hacking and sophisticated phishing attacks that remain unresolved. Three weeks ago, we requested a quote for enhanced security services, and it is still pending with their security team. That has been our experience.
