This company is a major disappointment. I ordered curtains for the arcadia doors in my bedroom. I needed them to arrive before spring break, bc I was going to host two different families at different times over those two weeks, in that room. I purposely ordered from a company near me (All Cotton and Linen is in CA and I'm in AZ, so this was perfect). The curtains were supposed to arrive around March 5. They never arrived. I reached out several times over several weeks but heard nothing. I start getting voice messages from what I guess was UPS or customs, in India. I'm good at understanding Indian accents, but I truly couldn't understand these long messages. I listened over and over, to no avail. I assumed they were scams. Finally, I head back from All Cotton and Linen and they said the package had been stuck in India. I asked why, since my confirmation email had said these were shipping from California. The person told me that they'd run out of that item, so they needed to get it made in India. Well that would have been nice to know from the beginning, right?!? Especially since I needed to have these for my guests. I would have just canceled the order right then and there and bought elsewhere! This whole thing lasted SIX WEEKS, with their representative Brindha telling me via email several times, and on the phone, that the curtains would arrive any day. The first family of guests came, no curtains. The second family arrived, but no curtains. These people had to stay in a room in the super bright and hot Arizona sun with no privacy through a big glass double door. Thanks, All Cotton and Linen! We tried to hang blankets but it never really worked. Six weeks after first being told the curtains would arrive in a few days, I'm told that All Cotton and Linen gave up and canceled my order. They refunded it and thought that was good enough. Nope! I spent soooooo much time on this, so many long calls and being on hold. Ridiculous! Do better, All Cotton and Linen!

After waiting a month and getting very little communication from the company even after calling them 3-4 times and emailing to try to cancel my order. They drop shipped me some sheets of questionable quality from their manufacturer. Despite ordering linen sheets, the invoice listed them as cotton. There is no tag on any of the sheets or pillowcases to verify the material against, the shipping label disclosed that the price of goods enclosed was $10.00 not the $270 I paid. I would not order again but they did refund me so at least.

I have ordered from here three times now and honestly, the linen quality is hard to beat at this price range. Everything has held up really well. My only ask, and I hope someone from the store sees this, please bring in more earthy tones. I am specifically looking for something in terracotta or a muted olive green for my dining room refresh. The current palette is lovely, but leans very neutral-white. I'd buy immediately if those were available. Also, a loyalty discount for repeat customers would be an amazing hint.

I thought I was ordering from a company based in Greensboro NC. As a long time employee of Shelburne Shirt Company in NY, I worked for them for 15 years in my state of South Carolina. They are closed now, but thought I was buying from a manufacturer in North Carolina, as their ad stated. When I finally received my product it was made and shipped from Italy and is not cotton/linen, it is the cheapest screen printed ugliiest polyester or some worse synthetic, not fit to even use for rags or donate to a homeless shelter. I would not give a homeless person something I would be ashamed to wear.
