Absolutely clueless. WiFi backed access to non-phone devices. MAC address bypass was tried multiple times but they could never get it to work. Every time I called they went thru the same process despite the fact that it had already failed multiple times. Phones cut off in mid call (twice). Never called back despite promises. Very polite but Totally useless

Genuinely THE WORST technology company I have ever had the displeasure of trying to get the most basic of services from.

Stay far away! I have called four days in a row to find out what brand of telephone they support. No one seems to be able to answer the very simple question.

This company failed to reach customer standards and expectations. We've been constantly disappointed by their performances and promises that they didn't keep.
