Not great at all. I ordered a set of rear linkage bearings for my 2025 Honda which is now nearly 2 years old, currently they don’t even make them for this model of bike. I was told by there uk agent Apico end of the month, end of the month has been and gone and still nothing reply to when they will be ready, in the mean time my bike is unable. If you’re going to offer a service at least keep up with the times. Guess I’ll be buying elsewhere now. Absolutely terrible company.

Can never speak to anyone.
Can never speak to anyone with any knowledge of their parts, only ever talk to a lady that passes on messages. Makes me curious on how hard it would be if any issues with the part. In the end I decided to go Genuine Harley part, at least now I know it’ll fit my bike and any issues I can physically take it back. So now there is 2 brands I’ll stay from which are All Balls Racing and Attitude which is really VPW

Complete disappointment – Paid for a Premium product, received white-label "Made in India"
I bought the All Balls Racing tapered steering stem bearing kit expecting the premium quality and reputation that the brand heavily markets in the motorcycle industry. Unfortunately, the experience was a massive disappointment.
Upon opening the packaging, I was shocked to find generic, white-label bearings stamped with "Made in India". The bearing race itself isn't even branded by All Balls; it is literally stamped "F22-24", which is just a generic industrial manufacturing code from a white-label Indian supplier, not a high-quality motorcycle-specific component.
I have nothing against products manufactured in other countries, provided that the quality control and standards match the price paid. However, charging a premium brand price only to deliver generic parts that you can find at any industrial corner shop for a fraction of the cost is, at best, misleading advertising and a complete lack of respect for the customer.
Steering bearings are a critical safety component on a motorcycle. When a rider pays for a renowned brand, they are paying for safety, precision, and material durability. If I wanted cheap, no-name bearings, I would have bought a generic kit for a third of the price.
All Balls used to be a name you could trust, but this policy of putting cheap parts inside expensive boxes completely destroys their credibility. I do not recommend this kit and will not be buying from them again. If you are looking for actual premium quality, look for brands that play fair with the consumer.
