allaypay.comReviews of allaypay.com

I'm thoroughly impressed by Jeff's dedication to his clients at AllayPay. My issues were resolved faster than any other service I've used. Their claim of single point of contact isn’t BS, finally don’t have to get the run around any longer!"

5-Star Service - Highly Recommend AllayPay To begin, I'd like to mention that over the past 15 years, I've been involved with nearly 20 e-commerce sites. Throughout this journey, I've collaborated with a myriad of companies. Yet, none have offered the unparalleled service I've received from Jeff and his team at AllayPay. I've had the pleasure of working with AllayPay for over 5 years. While there are countless reasons I've remained loyal to them, the paramount reason is the peace of mind they provide. I can rest easy knowing that each of my sites processes orders seamlessly, without any interruptions. For those considering partnering with AllayPay, here's what you can expect: Response Time: Although I've primarily interacted with Jeff, others like Chase have consistently delivered top-notch customer service. Regardless of how I initiate contact—be it text, phone call, or email—I always receive a prompt response, typically within the first 30 minutes. Relationships: Jeff's extensive network within the industry is commendable. What stands out is that irrespective of the product you're selling, Jeff not only secures accounts but also ensures they remain in good standing. His transparency extends to both clients like me and to the processors and banks he works with. Redundancies: Jeff has been instrumental in building redundancies into our processing structure. By leveraging technologies like OpenPath, we can utilize multiple processors on a single e-commerce site. This gives me the added assurance that should any processor face issues, there's a built-in backup ready to take over.

We have been working with AllayPay for more than 5 years. They are by far the best merchant processing company we've ever dealt with. Highly recommend them!
