These guys are a scam. I got 50% on my assignment, and even though they promised a refund, they gave me 25% of what I paid for back. They also charged me through the roof! It was an assignment that was completed within hours for them and I was charged 108 usd. When I asked for a refund, they did nothing but refund 25% to my AAH wallet, and said that I could not withdraw unless I had 100$ in my wallet, even though you cannot add money into your wallet! Money well wasted. Do not use!

He can't even code a binary search tree for $#*! and even dared to plagiarized work from the internet and gave it to me. Service here is beyond terrible. They promised full-refund for plagiarized work, but I guarantee you. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK! Those support people: Donna Paul, Jessica Rose, Harvey, up to the manager. You guys are a bunch of liars. I'm disappointed. For the past month, I've been trying to get my refund and I was promised more than 6 times by those people mentioned above that I would get my refund. They kept telling me to wait 2 or 3 days and today, they told me they can't refund my money because the order was completed one month ago. I have no words to describe these people and their service. To all of you first-timers out there, don't give your hard-earned money to these people. They'll try to lure you in with empty promises and you'll regret it. Believe me...I've experienced it and I don't want you to go through the same thing.

I ordered a programming assignment from them. Even I let them 6 days to do the task, the one they called expert turn up 18 hours before deadline asking me very basic terms. He ended up delivering the solution late and it's not even WORKING. Absolutely a shame, he seems he has no knowledge in the field I ask for. The funny part is when I asked for a refund, they kept letting me wait and never responded me. I found Susan White LinkedIn, she ignores me completely, the entire company ignore me completely. THEY EVEN CHANGED THE DEADLINE DATE, SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO REFUND ANYMORE. What a shame (again).

Absolutely untrustworthy people...The experts don't know what they are doing and the customer support is far worse...I had to outsource a bit of work, which was very basic, because I was working on other projects...Now doing this task didn't take me longer than an hour and their so called expert David, who claims to be working in Sillicon Valley as an programmer couldn't handle this task in 16 hours...Btw, getting my refund seems to be a even bigger problem, because the customer support is totally unreliable too...I don't know where the positive reviews stem from, but be aware, they are most probably fake!
