Ordering was easy. Mug arrived earlier than I expected based on listed shipping times. It arrived in time for me ship it to my daughter-in-law without expediting it. Great looking mug.

I received excellent customer service and very fast shipping. I did pay the extra expense for express shipping, and it even shipped before the the expected shipping day. I really liked how their poster prints come in a box vs other means of packing. Over all, I had a great experience with All Over Love. Ordered the daughter-in-law mug ("Thanks for not selling him to the circus …"). It arrived early, looks great, and makes me laugh every time I think about it. It's now on its way to my DIL in Hungary and I wish I could be there to see her open it.
