I ordered this for my mom for Valentine’s Day. She was so happy she called me crying. It was worth every penny spent!!!

First order came in, no rattling before I opened the box and then I saw the 2 large pieces of what was to be a Christmas gift for my Daughter in law. Among the enclosed paperwork was an address to file a claim and tell my story. I also needed to send a photo of the broken item. I followed instructions and within 10 days, my new, WHOLE mug arrived. Thank you for making the "complaining process" so painless and thank you for your excellent customer service

I received a mug that I felt I had not ordered. It may have been a mix-up on their end, but after contacting them with an email plus pictures of what I received, they sent me the one I wanted. I had no problem with their customer serviced and was satisfied with the product.

If it weren't for the shipping it would have been perfect so I gave 4 stars for weak packaging. But... l contacted the seller a couple of days before Christmas and they sent a completely free replacement that got here in one piece the day after Christmas.. so I changed it to a 5. My son-in-law loved it, thank you, Patricia
