Zero stars if possible
Zero stars if possible. I ordered a box of gloves. For 154 dollars.. usually with an order that high in dollar amount there is free shipping. All of a sudden I get a notification that my order for 197 had been placed? Literally almost 50 dollars more? What the hell? So I emailed and called immediately to cancle said order. Left them a voicemail to that effect. The called again 3 times this morning before I could actually speak to someone. They told me I needed to email. I told them i had already. So I went a second email again early this morning. I get an email now at 1:30 in the afternoon stating they cant cancel my order as its already processing. Its not my fault they waited all damn day to respond to my multiple attempts to stop the order from processing. Horrible company with Horrible customer service! And of course now they refuse to respond to emails!!!
