Doesn't display the $20/month price for using their "service" until you've created an account. You can't use the site without paying (not even test it) They don't allow you to delete your account, so they gather your data and resell it.

I subscribed to their service in May. I cancelled the subscription in June. They have been charging me EVERY month since then. I blocked their account with my bank. They used a different charging method to charge my bank as the first option was blocked. They are crooks. Don’t sign up with them

I was offered a bonus by Launchese and alishark failed to honor the deal after some ping pong. Kept asking for CC details email addresses then told me they could not find my email address, I kept barking for over 2 weeks, nothing's been resolved; customer care was useless to me

Useless tool and bad customer service, I got the free subscription for 2 days, and after I got the automatic deduction for one month. Within minutes I raised a ticket and email them to refund since I am not using it and no response for almost 2 weeks now and I raised 3 tickets. I never got a response for any of it.
