Extremely frustrating experience. Poor customer support, lack of transparency, and resolving even simple issues took far too long. Definitely not the smooth investing experience I was expecting. I wouldn't recommend this platform based on my experience..

My experience with Alinea Invest has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The platform did not meet my expectations at all. Whenever I needed help, the customer support was slow and unhelpful, making the whole experience even more stressful.Managing my account and trying to resolve issues took far longer than it should have. Instead of making investing simple, the app created unnecessary frustration and wasted my time.Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this platform. I hope the company seriously improves its customer service, transparency, and overall user experience.

I approved of a $200.00 deposit with you, but I did not approve of a $1500.00 deposit with you. I have attempted to close my account and have requested to have all my monies returned to my bank account.

COMMUNICATION WAS WELL-STRUCTURED, THE CONTACTS PRESENTED THEMSELVES AS FINANCIAL EXPERTS, AND THE INFORMATION PROVIDED GAVE THE IMPRESSION OF SERIOUSNESS AND COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS. IN THE INITIAL PHASE, THE TRANSACTIONS APPEARED TO BE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. REPORTS WERE PROVIDED, AND SMALLER PAYOUTS WERE ALLOWED. THIS APPROACH SERVED TO BUILD TRUST AND ENCOURAGE FURTHER DEPOSITS. AS TIME WENT ON, NO EVIDENCE OF FINANCIAL SUPERVISION OR REGULATION COULD BE PROVIDED. AT THE SAME TIME, CONTACT INCREASED, WITH FREQUENT PHONE CALLS AND URGENT REQUESTS FOR FURTHER PAYMENTS. LATER, ALLEGED BANKING TECHNICAL ISSUES WERE RAISED. AS A PROPOSED SOLUTION, THE USE OF A SPECIFIC CRYPTO WALLET WAS REQUIRED, WHICH WAS PROVIDED VIA A DIRECT LINK. THIS WALLET WAS NEITHER OFFICIALLY REGISTERED NOR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY LEGALLY IDENTIFIABLE ENTITY. FROM THAT POINT ON, WITHDRAWALS WERE NO LONGER POSSIBLE. THE INVESTIGATIONS REVEALED THAT THE BANK PARTNERS AND ACCOUNTS PROVIDED WERE NOT AUTHENTIC. THEREUPON, A STRUCTURED PROCESS WAS INITIATED THROUGH A TEAM OF PROFFESIONALS, A COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN THE RECOVERY OF FUNDS FROM FINANCIAL FRAUD. THEY GATHERED THE AVAILABLE EVIDENCE, ANALYZED THE FINANCIAL FLOWS, AND CONDUCTED AN INDEPENDENT AND SYSTEMATIC INVESTIGATION. Read last section very important. They take lots of money upfront. They take your initial deposit and wait 3 days to invest. You lose money and then it sits. You unlink your bank, doesn't matter they still get your $120 annual fee. My account in 10 days lost about $5. It never grew. I have withdrawn my funds, knowing I have lost $125 that I cannot get back and what ever fees they charge to return the money. If you want to close your account you have to do it in steps. 1) you have to disable the bank withdrawals from recurring events. 2) you have to withdrawal your funds or investments. 3) once you receive your funds (they said 3-5 days, the clock starts ticking today for me) you unlink your bank account. 4) now you can close your Alinea account. This process alone tells me they are not a quality company to deal with.

I did not realize they would just drain my account after signing up. I have spent nine day fighting to get my funds out. I waited their required week, yet my money remains held up. I was checking out #gcasco...instant processing rules when this happened. Nobody here on Alinea helps you. My money is completely stuck. Stay away from this app.

Don’t do it, they had my money locked me out. Wouldn’t let me for 60 days. I repeatedly had to keep reauthorizing myself to try and get in my account. 60 days later , got in, money gone.

If I could I would give -100 bc this company is nothing but scammers! I deposited $35 then realized the app sucked and wasn’t making me money just loosing, so I contacted them and closed my account. Come to find out my account is still active and they took $20 from me! Mind you $35 was supposed to be refunded a year ago! Now everything time I contact them I get ignored! This is bullshit!! Please I’m begging you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!!!!!
