Scrolling my bank account today and noticed that I was charged $120 from a company I did not recognize. Scrolled further and found a second charge. Looked in to the company and they seemed somewhat familiar. If I’m remembering correctly I came across a tik tok ad from them and downloaded to check it out. It wasn’t of interest so deleted it. I have no idea how they got access to my banking account as this is an account I use solely for credit card auto billing and direct deposit from my job. From what I’ve found out from other reviews, they have a scammy hidden year subscription that is recurring with no notification. To make matters worse, it’s nearly impossible to find a means to contact their customer service and now I’m out $240. If you’re reading this, I beg you not to download this app and fall victim to their predatory business practices. This is absolutely disgusting.

Was extremely disappointed in Alinea. I would just stick to companies like Robinhood.

they basically robbed me. i had no account and they proceeded to take the yearly subscription ($120) out of my banking account AGAIN WHEN I HAD NO ACCOUNT SIGN UP. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I was scammed out of $120. Do NOT use this app!! Avoid at all cost!! I wish I would have done more research before ever downloading.

I signed up for this app one time. I canceled my subscription and still got charged so I contacted customer service. They fixed it and reimbursed me and made sure it was cancelled. A week later they made another withdrawal from my bank account. I contacted them AGAIN stating I wasn’t sure what happened but I did not sign back up. I got reimbursed AGAIN. Now for the THIRD TIME money has once again been withdrawald from my account without my knowing. I haven’t even opened this app in months. There is no excuse for this. They are stealing from “customers”. I don’t even know what to do at this point, I want them to delete all of my bank account info immediately.

I would not recommend this app to anyone. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone that works there (customer support). Even after multiple attempts to contact support, I have received zero replies or even any acknowledgment of my issue. They do not honor their ‘policies’ that are stated on their website. I have reason to believe there is no one actually working there.

I should rate them 0 zero not even 1 star. I wake up early in the morning and I see on my account that they deducted $120 for subscription. I didn’t even used the app and even more good coz they have a bad review on withdrawal and thanks God it’s only the subscriptions fee that I put. It would coz me more headache if I put money to invest. They don’t even refund any subscriptions money that is hidden on this company. This is scam don’t ever downloaded. Robinhood is better

I’ve been a customer of Alinea Invest and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite following the provided instructions to liquidate my stocks and withdraw my funds, I continue to encounter technical errors and confusing processes. I reached out multiple times for assistance and even submitted a bug report through the app, yet my issues remain unresolved. The support communication was inconsistent and eventually became unresponsive. They are still holding my funds and I've had to file a complaint with the SEC. Overall, the complicated user experience and lack of reliable support make it hard to recommend Alinea Invest.
